General

Profiants is a company located in Eastern Europe specializing in PCB production and the assembly of SMD and PTH components. We offer assembly of samples, small and medium series. Due to the reduced capacity only 20% of the pcb boards are manufactured by us, the rest are subcontracted. We currently have 6 production lines. The main clients are students , hobbyists, engineers and small businesses in Europe.
We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (CET). The sales and customer service department are available by e-mail until 7pm (CET).
We strive that the low price does not affect the quality. This is achieved through continuous optimization of the workflow. Our primary goal is to have responsible behaviour and in the same time to keep the price as low as possible. The evidence of our successful policy is the constant growth we have.
If you have a problem with our service, please contact us immediately. We will try to find out the problem and inform you within 1 business day what the cause of it is and we will offer you options for solving it. Customer satisfaction is our main task.

Orders & Delivery

After registration the status of your order can be monitored on our site and after the goods leave our factory, you will receive a Tracking Number.
In case of cancelation, the basic principle we work with is: You pay only that what is manufactured until the date of cancelation. If the pcbs are being produced, we cannot refund you the amount you paid for them. If you cancel the assembly, we will not charge you for work that is not done. If there are components that are non-standard and purchased specifically for you, we will not be able to refund you the amount paid for them.
The fastest way to get a quote is to use the forms for PCB, Assembly and Stencil.
Response times:
Quatation for PCB - up to 1 business day
Quatation for Stensil - up to 1 business day
Assembly costs without price of the components - up to 1 business day
Assembly costs including prices of the components - from 1 to 3 working days
Quatation of difficult-to-find components - up to 5 business days.
If you are in a hurry, write in the text box that you need express service !!!
You can send your inquiries by e-mail, pls do not forget to specify the parameters necessary for the production and attach Gerber, BOM and all other files, that we need for real production.

Invoice & Payment

We do not differentiate between private and business customers.
We accept Bank transfers and Paypal. If you choose paypal pls pay attention that for Orders over 100 EUR we will add 3.6% extra to the total sum.
- for new clients we accept only payment in advance
- all regular and old clients can pay after receiving the goods
- In some cases 50% prepayment is required, this will be marked extra in quote

Files

We can accept designs in standard Gerber (RS274-X) format from any program or standard output from the following programs:
- Protel (*.pcb)
- Altium (*.pcbdoc)
- OrCad (*.pcb)
- P-Cad (*.pcb)
- Proteus
- Sprint Layout (*.lay)
- Eagle (.brd)
